Just another protein pancake!
Makes 4-6 pancakes
1 banana, mashed
1 & 1/2 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Enjoy life mini chocolate chips
Coconut oil (for frying)
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips well.
Pour batter into a heated skillet (med-hight heat) and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Cook like a regular pancake and serve with maple syrup or fruit.
These are already pretty sweet so I would suggest fruit instead of maple syrup!
