I loveeeee Greek Salad, and although I am about 90% Paleo, I cannot have it without feta cheese. It’s a must.
Anyways, I decided to make my own Greek salad dressing because all the store bought ones had some sort of crap that I couldn’t pronounce.
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
3-4 garlic cloves (I used about 5, I reealllyy like garlic)
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Place all ingredients in a blender, or magic bullet and run for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
