It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
1 medium size head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
1/3 cup goat cheese or 1/3 cup goat cheese/low fat cream cheese mixed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400.
Place cauliflower into food processor and pulse until it becomes a rice-like consistency.
Place cauliflower into a pot with water and boil for 4-5 mins.
Strain cauliflower with a metal strainer, try to squeeze out as much water as possible.
A good way to get rid of the excess water is to put the cauliflower into a CLEAN dishtowel, and twist the water out.
Mix cauliflower with other ingredients and create a crust on a oiled pizza pan.
Bake for 40-45 mins.
Top with desired toppings and bake for another 10-15 mins.
