It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
Ingredients – Makes 4
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup agave nectar
3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 egg white
1/2 cup almond meal/flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400.
Lightly spray some non-stick spray or into 4 ramekins, or a silicone mold. It’s important to use oil so that they come out easily. You can also use coconut oil.
In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, applesauce, agave and coconut oil. When that mixture is combined well, whisk in eggs, almond meal and vanilla. DO NOT OVER MIX.
Evenly pour mixture into the 4 moulds, place on baking sheet and bake for 9 mins. They will look uncooked, you want this for the molten center.
Take out from oven, let cool and carefully transfer to plate. If you used ramekins, you can serve from them!
Serve warm. With berries, or melted chocolate.. Whatever you like!
