Paleo Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 very ripe medium banana
2 egg whites
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp flax seed meal (ground flax seed)
1/3 cup almond meal/flour
1 serving of protein powder of your choice – I used vega sports chocolate flavor
1/4 cup enjoy life chocolate chips (or more if you like 😜)

Method
Mash banana, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cook like regular pancakes over medium-high heat.

Top with desired toppings – strawberries, maple syrup, bananas, nut butter
Makes 2 servings
