Recipe is Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free and has a No Sugar-Added option.
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
300+ stevia drops (For sugar free) or 1/4 cup agave nectar, maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crushed candy canes for topping
Melt coconut oil and stir in cocoa powder, sugar option, and vanilla until everything is combined well.
Pour your mixture onto a parchment lined 8×8 pan (or any pan, it doesn’t matter) and add crushed candy canes on top. (take off the wrappers, place in a Ziploc bag, and crush with a spoon).
Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes and snap into pieces for healthy peppermint bark! Store in the fridge so it doesn’t melt.
