Oatmeal Blueberry Protein Pancakes


1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup gluten free flour (I used brown rice flour)
2 tbsp protein powder
2 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup blueberries

Mix all dry ingredients well. Add wet ingredients and then fold in blueberries. Cook on med-high heat for about 1 min on each side.
