It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
One night I got a crazy craving for sweet. I had ONE pretty ripe banana, I thought of mashing it up and baking it, or freezing it. I couldn’t decide what to do with it, all I know is that I wanted banana and chocolate.
This was the end result.

Chopped Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds etc (Optional)
Well, all toppings are optional – depends on what you’re in the mood for.
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Slice banana down the middle. Stuff with chocolate, coconut, nuts.
3. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 mins. I wrapped the foil so that it would stand upright in the oven.
ENJOY – slowly. 🙂
