Low carb dinner that it sure to please. Very little and ingredients and very little time go into this delicious meal – Too easy not to try!
1 lb extra lean ground chicken (I don’t know why I don’t buy this more often??)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 chili pepper, chopped (more if you like it more spicy)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups of chopped red, yellow and orange pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped(optional)
1. Sautee onion, chili pepper, garlic and chicken in a frying pan with sesame oil. Place in bowl and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sautee peppers. Place in another bowl and set aside.
3. If you’re adding mushrooms, now it’s time to sautee those too.
4. Create your lettuce wraps!
