I’ve been craving apple pie forever, but obviously can’t have any right now 😦
Came up with this SUPER EASY cute little apple crumble last night to satisfy my craving, turned out amazing!
1 apple, sliced and chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix all ingredients for the filling well and place in a medium sized ramekin.
Mix all ingredients for the “crust” in a bowl and cover apple mixture with it.
Bake for 15-20 mins, or until almonds brown a bit.
