Spicy Turkey Bites (Paleo, Whole30 Friendly)

These are similar to the turkey burgers, but smaller and no dried fruit.
You can make these into burgers, or meatballs. It’s all in how you shape them.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
2 tbsp garlic powder (I really like garlic)
1/2 tbsp cayenne
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped yellow paper
1/2 tbsp chili flakes

Method
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients well. I used my hands =P.
Form into meatballs, or mini burgers.
Bake for 25 mins.

Add to meatsauce, or make mini burgers like I did with sliced baked sweet potato.

Peel, slice and bake sweet potato for about 40 mins on 375, flipping once. Make sure you don’t cut them too thin otherwise they will burn!
