It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
These are similar to the turkey burgers, but smaller and no dried fruit.
You can make these into burgers, or meatballs. It’s all in how you shape them.
1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
2 tbsp garlic powder (I really like garlic)
1/2 tbsp cayenne
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped yellow paper
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients well. I used my hands =P.
Form into meatballs, or mini burgers.
Bake for 25 mins.
Add to meatsauce, or make mini burgers like I did with sliced baked sweet potato.
