Chocolate Coconut Cream Overnight Oats Parfait


Taking another spin on an overnight oats parfait, and coconut cream!

Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup quick cook oats
1 cup vanilla coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tbsp agave nectar

Chocolate Protein Coconut Cream:
3 heaping tbsp plain greek yogurt
1 tsp agave
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp agave
1/2 scoop chocolate protein
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut milk

Additional + Optional
1 banana
1/4 cup granola

Mix oats and coconut milk together and leave in a container in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, warm the oats up in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
Leave aside and let cool while you assemble everything else.
Mix all ingredient for the Chocolate Protein Coconut Cream together well until you get a creamy consistency.
Slice 1 banana into about 20 pieces.
Begin to layer!

I did oatmeal, banana, coconut cream, banana, coconut cream, granola, oat meal, coconut cream and topped with banana!

Get thing is, these are SO VERSATILE so get creative and ENJOY!
