It’s great what happens when you get in your kitchen and begin to throw things together, and it works!
These were a super light, flavor filled pancake that I layered with @joneacie’s coconutty cream. Enjoy!
1 banana, mashed
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/4 cup gluten free flour mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp of softened light cream cheese
Method: Mix all ingredients together well, and cook like a regular pancake. Makes 4.
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
3 heaping tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaping tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp coconut milk (I added this to make it a bit thinner, totally optional)
1 tbsp honey or agave (I used agave)
Method: Mix all ingredients well and ENJOY this stuff is AMAZING!
