Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats Parfait

These are so easy to make and so versatile. Great for kids! You can layer them with any type of fruit you like and top with anything. We eat with our eyes first so make your food pretty!

Ingredients
Overnight oats (1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup almond milk left in the fridge overnight)
1 tbsp Flax seed meal
1 tsp Agave
6 Strawberries
1 Banana
Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Method
Heat up overnight oats in a saucepan with flax seed and agave. Slice strawberries and bananas.
Begin to layer
First layer – greek yogurt (all of it)
Second – half of the banana slices, half of the strawberry slices
Third – half of the Oatmeal
Fourth – other half of banana slices, other half of strawberry slices, blueberries
Fifth – other half of oatmeal
Top with granola, or fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon!

    I love ALL of your pic and creative, yummy food ideas on IG. I would love to try this. For the overnight oats, do you use just regular steel cut oats? Not “quick” oats right?

      Thank you! That really means a lot to me, 6 months ago I didn’t even know how to cook! I used quick cook oats, I haven’t been able to master overnight steel cut oats yet!
