Paleo Banana Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Some of the best protein pancakes I’ve ever had.. And so easy to make!

1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1 & 1/2 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Coconut oil

Add mashed banana and egg to a bowl, whisk well. The more you whisk, the more fluffy your pancakes will be. Add other ingredients (except blueberries), combine and then fold in blueberries. Pour 1/4 cup at time onto a lightly oiled frying pan. I use coconut oil.

Makes approx. 4 pancakes. Enjoy!

    What can you use instead of Protein powder?
