Oatmeal, protein, fiber, eggless, flourless, what else could you want?! I added protein, but you don’t have to!
1 1/2 cups oats
1 scoop protein, whatever flavor you like, I used vanilla
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/3 cup unsalted almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup dried cherries – you can use
walnuts, almonds, chocolate chips whatever you like
Method: preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except protein, oats and cherries well. Add oats and protein to the mixture and mix well. Fold in cherries.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment, and drop batter by the spoonful, I made 12 big cookies, but you can definitely make smaller ones and bake for less time.
Bake for 25 mins.
