It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1 cup oats
2 tbsp ground chia
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup dried cherries
2 tbsp ground flax
6 tbsp unsalted almond butter
5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp agave nectar
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix all wet ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry and mix well. Batter will be very thick, use those muscles!
Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Put the batter in the pan and flatten out with your hands, make sure its even.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into 18 pieces, or bigger or smaller!
