Apple Cider Vinegar


Apple Cider Vinegar was recommended to me by my bestie @iamsharla. She knows I’ve had troubled skin for the longest time, and after seeing her skin glowing after just a month of taking ACV, she told me I had to try it out. I’ve been taking ACV for about 3 weeks now and it’s amazing. I take 1 tbsp in 2 cups of water twice a day. ACV along with eating clean, has does WONDERS for my skin. It works as a natural detox that has a ton of benefits.
