I absolutely love cold treats. Freezies, Popsicles, Gelato, Ice Cream..
I absolutely hate all the added sugar when you buy these treats from the grocery store.. so I decided to make my own!
A few of the popsicles I’ve made.
First is a vanilla greek yogurt, with chopped cherries.
Second is Arthur’s Fruit Smoothie in “Berry Blast” or something like that. I wasn’t the biggest fan of these, they were super sweet – but they would be great for kids.
Third is Mango and Lychee puree.
Fourth is Strawberry and Mango with Vanilla Greek Yogurt blended.
The possibilities are ended with these things. It’s amazing because you know exactly what is going into your popsicle, and you can get so creative with them!
A few ideas of things you can make popsicles with:
Fruit – Strawberries, Mangoes, Bananas, Lychees, Raspberries, Cherries, Blackberries, Grapes, Peaches, etc. The List could go on forever!
Liquid – Crystal Light, Water, Unsweetened Apple Juice, Yogurt
Others – Chia seeds, Mint, Peppermint, Agave, Honey, Protein Powder
You really can just add whatever you like, be creative!
